Pleasing everyone else all the time, can eventually wear a person down. What it comes down to, is not believing in self love. It's easier said than done. I've been guilty of that too. I thought, If I showed someone else how much I could do for them, it was if it was loving myself. However, if reciprocity is absent in the expereince, it can create inner emptiness. Making sure the motive of doing for others 'truly' brings happiness is the key.
My learning curve came, when I realized I had to hug myself, love myself, honor the feelings I have within. That truth talk to myself, helped me LIKE myself. No one needed to give me permission, except for myself.

However, it didn't happen because I proclaimed, "I LOVE MYSELF"!!! Sheesh, if it was that easy, we would all be walking around much happier peopel. Truth be told, I had to DO things to help me flush out inferior beliefs. No LIE, It takes work.
First thing first. I had to make a choice to 'want to'. I had to hear myself say it, even if I didn't believe it. Eventually, I could 'feel' it.
Do this with me, please. Share 3 words that reflect having a 'heart for yourself'.
Here are mine... "I'm CUTE Today". 💋 What 3 words fit you?
Love,
