A Life Preserving Activity

Happy Ra Day. Day of the Sun 🌞.

I began the day in beautiful peace and it continues. One blessing that I have gratitude sharing is the act of meditation 🧘‍♀️. Some are easier moments than others. When my brain 🧠 is too busy, I will put myself on a 1 minute timer ⏲. I put each activity into its own category.


1 minute of thinking about everything, 1 minute without fidgeting, 1 minute of gratitude, and 1 minute silence watching the clouds ⛅ within my imagination, 1 minute of listening to my breath and 1 minute of silence.

It works.

Where is your favorite place to meditate?

After my Husband goes to work, our place is quiet. I sit in a comfortable 😌 position in my bed. I take as long as needed, and I use the 1 minute technique when I feel overwhelmed in thoughts of daily activities. It works.
