King of Wands

Are you an Authority or a Fraud? It depends on if you work your craft or are you letting others work it and find it easier to take credit for it?

How would you know? How do you evaluate yourself?

It isn't easy. Mainly due to the fact that a person must come to terms about who and what you're about!

Many of us are eager to learn how to do something better, whether it's a technique, an understanding, or use of a tool. However, when stepping into confidence about the matter, do we neglect to say HOW the information, technique, or tool became our strength?

Do we regurgitate the information and make it 'ours' or do we acknowledge the education and expertise of another?

Many times, we may not want to TELL our clients WHO our coach is, HOW we learned something or WHEN we learned it. This type of behavior results from insecurity. The feeling that someone may discredit, or 'steal' potential clients and become the authority, is a made up fear that manifest as 'over confidence' and may begin to discredit other educators or instructors!

This message goes to all of us. None is without blame. The key is to recognize that it happens and begin to backpedal from that type of activity.

Be the King of what YOU Know and honor your kingdom by sharing HOW you learned what you know, in order to gain the respect of your community and followers.
