Time to get busy! What thoughts are you swimming around in your mind? Negative thoughts create chaos and continue to reproduce negative experiences.
Challenges will remain a challenge, however an obstacle can be overcome and mastered!
Our Spirit has designed the best outcome in our life, however the mind can build challenges that make it difficult to navigate. Negative thinking becomes negative words, which create negative manifestation.
Today's advise... 'See what you have been building in thought, and make it an obstacle course'. Choose to navigate it to the best possible outcome. Delight can be found by working through negative stuff and achieving a positive outcome.
One of the best things that I have learned to do is make a positive statement as the day break emerges.
"This is the best day ever!" I proceed by saying, "How can it get better than this? It just does!" (learned by Dr. Dain Heer)
These statements set the tone for the day. As an obstacle of emotions froth upward, I speak these words and begin to access a higher mind of spirit. Activities like this allow good feelings to flow from the Higher Self Memory that is has already designed for me a better day!
You can use this technique to assist you through a tough moment. It works and creates a knowingness of well-being.
